Maintenance Activity Notice

The e-Anudaan portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance

from 09:00 am on 10th May 2025

to 11:30 pm on 12th May 2025.

During this period, the e-Anudaan portal will not be accessible.

Note: All NGOs are requested to submit applications for the release of the 2nd and 3rd installments for the Financial Years 2024-25 and 2025-26 respectively, in order to obtain the remaining 20% grant-in-aid for FY 2024-25 and 40% as the second installment for FY 2025-26.
ग़ैर सरकारी संगठनों से अनुरोध है कि वे वित्तीय वर्ष 2024–25 के शेष 20 प्रतिशत अनुदान की भुगतान हेतु तथा वित्तीय वर्ष 2025–26 की द्वितीय किस्त के रूप में 40 प्रतिशत अनुदान प्राप्त करने के लिए, क्रमशः द्वितीय और तृतीय किस्तों के जारी किए जाने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत करें।

Online Portal for Grant-in-Aid Schemes

The portal facilitates online submission of NGO’s proposals alongwith the prescribed documents and automates the complete process for issuance of Grant-in-Aid. Various Back office user have privilege for application processing as per the role defined at District, State Directorate, State Secretariat and at the Central Ministry. The process involves the application verification, checklist filling, inspection report, scrutinizing, screening, recommendation, financial approval and GIA sanction.
